ABOUT
Measuring cloud dependency, independently
SovereigntyMap maps the digital sovereignty of French organisations using public data and an open methodology. Our goal: make a largely invisible risk readable and manageable.
Our approach
Automated multi-source collection, weighted scoring and auditable evidence. Every assessment relies on verifiable technical signals (DNS, email, hosting, CDN, trackers).
Our independence
No commercial influence on scores. Providers cannot buy their ranking. The methodology is published and open to scrutiny.
The SovereigntyMap association
SovereigntyMap is run by an independently governed non-profit association. Its funding and governance are published for transparency.
